Raychem DR-25 heat-shrinkable tubing is flexible and abrasion resistant. One of an extensive range of Raychem heat- shrinkable products, it is made from a radiation cross-linked elastomeric material specially formulated for optimum high temperature fluid resistance, and long term heat resistance.
The operating temperature of DR-25 tubing is from -75 C to +150 °C for long periods. Shrinking to 50% of its supplied diameter when heated, 10 standard sizes of DR-25 tubing will cover the diameter range from 1.6 mm to 70 mm. The product is printed with the product description and size.
DR-25 tubing is suitable as a jacketing material for military vehicle cables and harnesses. When used in conjunction with System-25 heat-shrinkable moulded shapes and S1125 high performance adhesive, these products provide a complete cable harness system capability.

Limited Warranty / Limitation of Liability*
Cablegia tool manufacturing warrants each new unit sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Cablegia’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the free correction or, at Cablegia's option, the refund of the purchase price of any such unit which proves defective within Ninety (90) Days after delivery to the first user, provided that the unit is returned to Cablegia with all transportation charges prepaid, and which shall appear to Cablegia's satisfaction, upon inspection by Cablegia, to have been defective in material or workmanship.
This warranty shall not cover any damage to such products, which in the opinion of Cablegia tool manufacturing, was caused by normal wear, misuse, improper operation or accident. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied. No warranty express or implied, is made or authorized to be made or assumed with respect to products of Cablegia, other than those herein set forth. The tooling suggested within this website may not cover a user's specific contract or manufacturing requirements. It is the user's responsibility to carry out sufficient testing to verify the suitability of the Cablegia product selected for the specific requirements of each particular application. Cablegia is not liable for consequential or special damages of any nature or kind resulting from the use of any of our products. 1 year warranty for crimp tool and 5 years warranty for tool positioner are availaible.
Returns
Material returned must be standard items produced by Cablegia, unused, in saleable condition and not more than three (3) months old. Special order or custom made items are not returnable.
Return material will be subject to a re-stocking charge up to twenty percent (20%).
Return credit must be offset by a purchase order for new Cablegia product on a dollar for dollar basis.
